We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase, if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and undamaged in any way.
We are not liable to cover any costs of returning the item to us and advise that you return your item to us using a tracked service.
If your return meets the above criteria, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
